A security technical and investigation officer is a person who performs several duties. Major responsibilities include:

Constantly patrolling guarded areas to ensure active diligence from the guarding personnel.
Investigate and pursue suspects and perpetrators of criminal acts that occurred during the watch.
Record facts to prepare reports that document incidents and activities.
